OVERVIEW

Career Finder is a lightweight web app that determines a career direction through a guided series of multiple choice questions. Each answer narrows the space until the experience surfaces a path that fits what you've told it. Hosted as a static front end — quick to try, easy to share.

THE PROBLEM

Career exploration tools are often heavy (profiles, logins, long forms) or so open-ended that people stall. A constrained, question-led flow lowers the barrier: answer a short sequence of choices and get a tangible suggestion to react to.

WHAT WAS BUILT

  • Multiple-choice question flow with branching logic from answers to a suggested career path
  • Static web UI focused on clarity and speed — no sign-up wall
  • Deployed to AWS S3 static website hosting for simple, low-cost delivery

THE INSIGHT

The product is intentionally small: the value is in the framing (progressive disclosure via MCQs) rather than a feature-rich platform. Shipping a minimal, playable version beats an ambitious spec that never leaves localhost.
